Purpose of Web Site
The Berks County Bar Association created this Web site as a tool to help its members and the legal community and the general public connect with useful information.
The BCBA is committed to the online privacy of its web site visitors and recognizes the need to safeguard and manage any personally identifiable data.

The BCBA from time to time will make information, which is provided by members in their "public profile", available to other members and its professional partners. All material that is sent in such correspondence must be reviewed in advance by the BCBA for content and suitability prior to being circulated. Third Party Services
Third parties provide certain services available on the MBA Web site on the BCBA''s behalf. The BCBA may provide information, including personal information that the BCBA collects on the Web to third-party service providers to help the BCBA deliver programs, products, information, and services. Service providers are also an important means by which the BCBA maintains its Web site. The BCBA will take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party service providers are obligated to protect personal information on BCBA"s behalf.
